Account Deletion Request
Your Privacy Matters
At Faith Klinik Ministries, we respect your right to control your personal information. We make account deletion simple and secure.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following information will be permanently removed:
- Your personal profile information (name, email, phone number)
- Account credentials and login information
- Your prayer requests and testimonies
- Event registrations and attendance records
- Ministry group memberships
- App preferences and settings
- Any photos or documents you've uploaded
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you're uncertain, consider logging out instead of deleting your account.
What We Keep (Legal Requirements)
For legal and church governance reasons, we may retain certain information:
- Anonymous usage statistics (no personal identifiers)
- Records required by law or church policy
- Financial transaction records (for donations and tithes)
- Attendance records for official church purposes
These records are kept securely and are not linked to your identity after deletion.
Deletion Timeline: Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. During this period, you can contact us to cancel the deletion if you change your mind.
How to Delete Your Account
Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
- Open the Faith Klinik Ministries app
- Go to Settings or Profile
- Tap on "Account Settings"
- Select "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision
- You'll receive a confirmation email
Method 2: Email Request
Send an email to support@faithklinikministries.com with:
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- The email address or phone number associated with your account
- Reason for deletion (optional, but helps us improve)
We will respond within 48 hours to confirm your request.

Method 3: Contact Church Office
Visit or call the church office during business hours:
- Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- Provide verification information
- Request account deletion

- Want a break? We can temporarily deactivate your account
After Deletion
Once your account is deleted:
- You will no longer have access to the app
- You will stop receiving notifications and updates
- Your data will be removed from our active systems
- You can create a new account anytime if needed
- You're always welcome to return to Faith Klinik Ministries
